It’s been 40 years since New Homes Magazine first appeared on Northern California newsstands. Since its launch in 1967, New Homes has cultivated lasting relationships with many of the industry’s top home builders and earned a reputation as the region’s most successful new home publication, not to mention, helped thousands of home buyers find their dream home.

As part of the 40-year anniversary festivities it’s only fitting to pay tribute to the folks behind the scenes of the fabulous homes showcased each month in New Homes Magazine. Hence, this issue’s special feature—Premier Home Builders 2008.
