Certified California Green Builder Tim Lewis Communities ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction and new home design among new home builders in the Sacramento market, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction StudySM and the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 New Home Design StudySM.
